Noemi Raines, RN, BSN
CEO
Noemi is the founder of ConsignMed, Inc, a talent agency for the sciences in medical device, pharma, and biotech. Noemi was introduced to the biologics space and fell in love. With a background in healthcare administration and clinical research, Noemi has become passionate about regenerative and East meets West medicine. She has enhanced her nursing studies with certifications in aesthetics and biologics. In an effort to increase knowledge about holistic health, ConsignMed is leveraging their nationwide talent pool to share the science and patient experiences.
In her free time, Noemi enjoys traveling between North Texas and West Palm Beach, catching up with family and friends, and snuggling two Frenchton pups. Her grown daughter holds down the fort in Fort Worth, Texas.
Fun Fact: As a first generation Cuban, Noemi enjoys torturing others with her mediocre Spanish skills.
Suzie Webster, RN, BSN
COO
Suzie has spent more than 20 years working in medical settings in varying capacities. Her vast professional experience includes medical writing in the research industry, clinical experience as a registered nurse and team leader, medical office management, and central billing for multi-physician practices. In her free time, Suzie loves trying new workouts, especially kickboxing and yoga, which balance out her love of eating out, reading, Netflix documentaries and Marvel movies.
Fun Fact: Superpower is ability to whistle really loud- always surprises people and gets her kids’ attention. Played the accordion as a child, and currently trying to learn the ukulele.
Dr. Michelle S. Brown
Regenerative Medicine Consultant
Dr. Michelle S. Brown is an Attorney and Licensed Acupuncture Physician, authorized to practice law in Indiana and licensed in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture in both Indiana and Florida.
She earned her degrees from:
- SUNY Binghamton, Binghamton, NY (B.A., 1988)
- Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, MI (J.D., 1992)
- Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine, Fort Lauderdale, FL (Diploma, 2011)
Dr. Brown’s training includes 1.5 years of study in acupuncture and Oriental medicine in Suzhou, China (2006–2008), as well as completion of the NADA protocol at Brighton Hospital, Michigan (2008). She is a certified Acupuncture Detox Specialist.
In 2025, she received certification as a Stem Cell Physician Associate from the American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians.
Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Dr. Brown provides a wide range of treatments including acupuncture, injection therapy, homeopathic and herbal medicine, and essential oil applications for wellness.
Dr. Joel Pelissier, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Joel Pelissier is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 1996.
He completed his residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center and pursued additional training in France and Spain.
Dr. Pelissier has offered comprehensive and integrative care while partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Pelissier is a Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and contributes to medical education as a board review question writer for the Society of Hospital Medicine.
Fluent in Haitian Creole, French, English, and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese, Dr. Pelissier brings a multicultural and multilingual approach to patient care.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and family, exercising, and reading.
Taylor Raines, LE, CCMA
Lead Esthetician, Medical Assistant, and Robotic Laser Technician
Taylor is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Licensed Esthetician providing customized aesthetic treatments rooted in skin science and medical-grade care. She is focused on natural results, skin longevity, and client education in a calm, professional setting. As a multi-certified Aesthetician offspring of medical entrepreneurs, Taylor is looking forward to owning her own med spa and helping her clients achieve beautiful skin! With a background of university studies in business administration, med spa front and back office, and luxury customer service, Taylor fell in love with the industry.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys artistic, crafty, and event hosting endeavors. She enjoys the antics of, and snuggles with, her Frenchton, Rose.
Fun Fact: She is also an award-winning artist since her teens, which is credited to her talented Mima.
